I search arround the forum and i know i need change on my hosters permissions of ts3
i contact him and send a ticket for change the permissions and for add the ip on whitelist on folder directory of ts3
What is i need to change the permissions? who permissions ?
and who is the ip i need get on whitelist of directory of bot to add?

the Problem is, that too much Clients already on the server with the idle status, if the Bot joins the Server it wants to move all Clients at the same time, that gave a Server Ban for the bot, because of spam.
If the Bot joins the Server when less clients are connectet it should be no problem.
Of course you can add our IPs to the whitelist, so the bot never can be banned again.
IP Range to add: 46.4.252.0/25
